Track Type
The track is man made on the side of a slopping hill. There are many jumps, doubles, step ups and downs as well as fast straights and banked corners. It has an up hill start which is good for technique training.
The track is large and can suit many adult riders on bigger bikes.
The soil has recently been sived and the stones removed but is compact in places.
How to get there
Marshfield is the home of motocross in wiltshire and is easy to find. Leave the M4 Motorway at junction 18. Follow the signs south towards Bath, after leaving a small hamlett called pensilvania you will come to a round a bout. Turn left on to the A420 towards Chippenham, continue along the A420 for a few miles untill you see the village of Marshfield, DO NOT TURN INTO THE VILLAGE. continue untill you see some yellow traffic bollards either side of the road, turn left at the bollards, about half a mile along the lane turn left into Rushmead Lane, continue along this single track road untill you come to the barn on the left, turn right into the track.
